1 Pint Brandy
8 oz. Sugar
10 Large
Peach
Can

Slice the fruit; remove the pit. Crush the kernels from the center
of the pit and combine with the sliced fruit, brandy and sugar in a
large jar or bottles. Store at room temperature for a month,
shaking daily. When ready, strain, bottle, and store for a half a
year before using.
