cake – 1 ¼ c flour, 2 ¼ tsp b powder 1/3 c sugar, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 egg, ½ c whole ilk, 4 T butter melted, 2 ripe pears chopped (1 ½ c), Topping 1/2 c sugar, ¼ c flour, 3 T butter 1 tsp cinnamon – 400 – butter 8 inch sq pan. For cake combine flour with b powder, sugar, salt and cinnamon in bowl. In separate bowl beat egg then mix in milk and melted butter, pour wet into dry, add pears and mix well. Pour into pan. For topping mix all tog in bowl til well combined, sprinkle on top. Bake for 30-35 mins or til golden and dry on top. Cool in pan then cut into sq.
