Recipe Feeder
1 box of yellow cake mix
4 1/2 cups chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tablespoons of strawberry jello powder
8 ounces of heavy cream

Mix cake as directed and pour into a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Mix together rhubarb, sugar, and jello powder, spoon that on top of cake batter. Then pour the heavy cream on top of rhubarb and bake as directed.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

The rhubarb settles on the bottom of pan so as you serve it flip over the individual pieces and add a dollop of cool whip.
