Recipe Feeder
(Medium spicy heat)
Yields:1 cup
(Use this on sammies,boiled eggs or as a dip for crudites,endless possibilites! :0 ) I will probably use this on a pork tenderloin sammy tomorrow for dinner & have home fries too.YUM!


2 chipotle chiles,rehydrated,seeds & stems removed(Or substitute 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce,plus 2 tsp.adobo sauce.)
1/2 c.mayonnaise
1/2 c.sour cream
1/4 tsp.dried cilantro flakes


In a blender (or food processor) combine chipotles & 2 tsp.of the rehydrating water & puree.If using the Chipotles in Adobo,puree the chipotles with 2 tsp.of the sauce.

Add the pureed chipotles to mayonnaise,sour cream & cilantro flakes & mix well.
