Recipe Feeder
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
¾ to 1 tsp. ground cumin
2 to 3 cloves minced garlic (or use garlic powder if preferred)
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can (8 oz. or so) sliced olives, drained
12 oz. water
1 cup Minute Rice
1 Tbsp. French's yellow mustard
Chopped roasted red bell pepper (fresh or from a jar), optional

Brown crumbled ground beef with chopped onion, garlic or garlic powder, seasoned with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Cook until meat is browned and onion is softened. Add the tomato sauce, the water, olives, roasted red pepper (if using) and mustard to the meat. Bring to a low boil, add the Minute Rice, stir to mix thoroughly. Cover and let stand for 5-10 minutes off the heat until liquid is absorbed. Serve. Recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
