Steak-Tomato Skewers

Mix 1 cup wine vinegar, 1/4 cup salad oil, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tsp. each thyme and prepared mustard and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Place 1 1/2 lbs beef round steak, cut into 1 1/2" cubes, in glass dish; pour vinegar mixture over meat. Cover; refrigerate 6 hours.

On 6 skewers, alternate meat and 1 pint cherry tomatoes. Place on grill 4" from hot coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes, turning often.
