Bake pound cake mix in a loaf pan, 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2", as directed on package. Prepare orange frosting mix as directed on package; reserve 2 tbsp. frosting. Frost cake with remaining frosting.
Press cloverleaf pretzels into frosting for handles and lock. Use rope licorice for straps, squares of milk chocolate candy for hinges and a block of squares for nameplate on top.
To reserved frosting, add 3 to 4 tbsp. confectioners' sugar. Use Envelope Cone or writing tip to write the name of the birthday child on nameplate. Sprinkle foil-covered chocolate coins around cake or give each guest a packet of coins as a favor.
