Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
For the chocolate lover in all of us :)

INGREDIENTS:

125g butter - chopped
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 cup plain flour
1/4 cup self-raising flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1/2 cup milk-chocolate choc chips
1/2 cup white choc bits
1/2 cup dark choc bits


METHOD:

1. Preheat oven to moderate (180-190C/ 350-375F/ Gas mark 4-5)

2. Beat butter, vanilla extract, sugar and egg in small bowl with electric mixer, until smooth; do not overbeat. Stir in sifted dry ingredients, then raisins and all the chocolate.

3. Drop level tablespoons of mixture onto lightly greased oven trays, allowing 5cm between each cookie.

4. Bake in moderate oven about 10 minutes. Stand cookies on trays for 5 mins, then transfer to wire racks to cool.
