Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
Super-delicious, weight-lowering receipe, great for diabetics.

Ingredients:

1 Red Seet Pepper
1 Green Seet Pepper
1 Zucchini
1/4 Onion
1/4 tb.spoon chicken/veggie soup powder
1 tb.spoon soy sauce
1 1/2 tb. spoon olive oil

Directions

Chop onion in small pieces of approx 1/8"x1".
Dice peppers, in 1/8"x1 pieces, taking out the seeds.
Finally, dice zucchini to the same size.
In a anti-adherent wok, pour 1/2 tb.sp. of olive oil at high-level fire.
Wait 1 min. and add onion and move until it takes a golden color take away onion from the wok.
Pour the rest of the oil and stir-fry peppers and zucchini pieces at high-level for 8-10 minutes, moving constantly.
Add the onion and cook for 5 mins at med-level fire.
Turn off the heat, wait 1 min. and add powder and soy sauce carefully (it could splash away).
Move a bit to mix al the ingredients and serve hot.
