Very Moist Banana Cake

[Cookie]

1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
Pinch salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream or milk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 bananas mashed
2 good cups flour

Bake at 350F for 35 minutes.

Icing:
5 tbsp. butter
5 tbsp. milk
Icing sugar to desired consistency - add 1 tsp. banana extract - blend.
