Recipe Feeder
1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 small onion, chopped fine
3 stalks celery, chopped fine

Thoroughly mix all ingredients and
roll into meatballs. Makes about 16.
Place meatballs on sheetpan and bake
at 350 degrees F for about 12 to 15
minutes, until brown on the outside,
and interior temperature reads
165 degrees F. Serve piping hot.
