Cottage Cheese Pie
1 cup sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
1 can Pet milk (or any evaporated milk)
1 Lb. Cottage Cheese
Beat first six ingredients well in a Blender.
Pour into two (2)unbaked pie shells and sprinklenutmeg over the tops.
Bake in avery slow (250 degrees) oven for about one hour.
