Recipe Feeder
It can be made with just the beans or if you are at the meat stage and can tolerate chicken or turkey you can add that too.

1 can White kidney/Cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
1 can Garbaznos/Chick peas
1/2 small red onion, sliced very thinly
1/2 cup of Giardiniera, chopped up ( Italian or Italian-American relish of pickled vegetables in vinegar or oil. Giardiniera is available as either mild or hot. Hot giardiniera is often referred to as "Hot Mix) Found is the same aisle with non refrigerated pickles, olives etc
1 small clove garlic, minced really fine
1 breast of chicken, grilled and cut into a small dice (this can be left out)
4 tbsp vinegar of your choice (I used balsamic)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Combine it all and let it sit in the fridge for about an hour or overnight is even better. The vinegar will mellow the onions and allow the flavors to meld.
