4 American Lamb spareribs, trimmed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
10 ounces jalapeno jelly
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar with tarragon
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Servings: 4
1. Place ribs on rack in roasting pan. Salt and pepper lamb ribs. Roast in 375ºF oven for 40 minutes.

2. In medium saucepan, combine jelly, vinegar, mustard and garlic. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring until smooth and jelly is melted.

3. Baste ribs with sauce and cook an additional 20 minutes, basting every 10 minutes

4. Cover and grill 4 inches over medium-hot coals for 30 to 45 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Brush on glaze last 10 minutes of grilling.
