2 Tbsp vinegar- red wine
6 Tbsp butter
=Saute foie gras, remove & keep warm. Add pineapple cubes, saute until golden & starting to caramelize, remove & keep warm. Remove fat, deglaze with vinegar & mount with butter. Serve.
