4 Tbsp butter - softened
0.3 c cream
4 egg

s&p, cayenne
0.3 c scallions - chopped

=Process 1. until completely smooth, season & stir in scallions.
Spoon filling into cooled shells, bake 375F ~15 to 20 minutes. Serve immediately
