Southern Burgers

8 lbs. ground beef
5 cups chopped onion
8 cans (10 1/2 oz each) condensed chicken gumbo soup
1 1/2 catsup
1 5o 1 1/2 cups prepared mustard
48 hamburger buns, split and toasted

Cook and stir ground beef and onion until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, catsup and mustard. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in buns.
