1.5 oz. Gin
Shake all ingredients with cracked ice and strain into a chilled
cocktail glass.

Pour the sugar, bitters and water. Stir to dissolve sugar, slowly add
whiskey. Fill the glass with ice and garnish with lemon twist and

In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch,
triple sec, and bitters. Stir well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

1/2 Oz. Triple Sec
4 Oz. Orange Juice

1 Slice of Orange
Pour the rum, triple sec, orange juice, and orange bitters into a
highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir well and garnish
with the orange slice.

Combine gin, vodka, vermouth, bitters, and salt in shaker with
