0.68 oz. Creme de Cassis

put cassis bottom of glass, blend ice cream and butterscotch well.
layer that on the top
0.68 oz. Ice
2.5 oz. Champagne
1/3 oz. Creme de Cassis
1.33 oz. Strawberry Puree
Mix strawberries(not puree) crème de cassis and 2-3 ice cubes in
a mixer.
Fill in a champagne glass to the half an top with champagne.
2 cups Strawberries
1 tbs. Sugar
1/2 cup Champagne
1 tsp. Creme de Cassis
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10
minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add
champagne and creme de cassis.
