This refreshing drink is served by roadside vendors all over Mexico. Not too much fruit, not too much sugar, just a beautiful way to quench your thirst on a summer day.
8 cups cubed seeded watermelon (about 6 pounds with the rind), divided

1 1/2 lb Ocean Garden® Mexican Shrimp, shell-on, uncooked 680 g
1/2 cup Tequila 125 mL
1/2 lime juice 125 mL
1 tsp salt 5 mL
1 or 2 garlic clove, minced 1 or 2
2 to 3 tbsp olive oil 30 to 45 mL
2 tbsp cilantro, chopped 30 mL
24 flour tortillas (6 or 7 in/15 or 18 cm) 24...

1 can Fresca
2 shots Vodka
In a Blender Throw in: 8 scoops of sherbet, 1 can of Fresca and 2
shots of Vodka. Blend till desired thickness
2.0 parts Amaretto
2.0 parts Amaretto
1.0 part Amaretto
1.0 part Vodka
In a large tub, pour Hawaiian Punch, Fresca, and Vodka over
sherbert. Add ice and serve. Note: Use raspberry sherbert for a
creamier taste and Rainbow for a more tangy taste. Typical Mix:4

1.0 quart Orange Juice
6.0 0z. Tequila
Pour 1 quart of orange juice, 6 oz. of Jose Cuervo, and a half a can
of Fresca (it must be Fresca!) into a pitcher. Personalize ingredient
amounts to individual preferences. Mix it, drink it (never smell it),
repeat...
2.0 oz Brandy
10.0 oz Cola
2.0 oz Rum
2.0 0z Root Beer
Mix it all together into a tall glass. Make sure that the soda is
chilled. Also, use Fresca as your "cola"

2 oz. Absolut Citron
3 oz. Sugar Cube
Cut Kumquats into 1/4 and crush with sugar.
Add Orange Bitters and vodka then stir: add crushed ice and the
zest of an Orange twist to garnish.
1 part Vodka
1 part Mango Juice
2 parts Fresca
Mix in a pitcher or individually: Pour 1 part vodka, 1 part mango
juice, and top with 2 parts Fresca. Pour over ice in a tall/large
glass.
