1 pound lentils, sauté
Butter
Garlic
Red bell pepper
Fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper

Soak 1 pound lentils with water for 1 hour; drain and sauté in butter with garlic, green onion and red bell pepper. Season with fresh cilantro, salt and pepper.

Fresh Basil Dressing
1 3/4 c. olive oil
1 handful fresh basil leaves, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
