On lemon leaves, arrange a circle of watermelon wedges, pineapple chunks, blueberries and grape clusters. Fill center of circle with scoops of raspberry, pineapple and lime sherbet. Garnish with chopped mint leaves.
1 1/2 tsp. Ginger Root
3 cups White Grape Juice
3/4 cup Seltzer
Place ginger, 1.5 cups of the grape juice, and the peaches in a
blender and puree. Combine the remaining grape juice, the
blended peaches, and the seltzer.
