1 lb. ground beef & pork
1 tsp. of hot sauce (optional)
2 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper
Salt, pepper, and garlic to taste
Saute together until the meat is browned and pour into 8x8" pan.
Shred 3 cups of cabbage and put over meat mixture.
Pour small can of tomato sauce over cabbage.
1/2 lb. italian sausage, sliced
1 small red pepper, cut in strips
1 small green pepper, cut in strips
2 cups ricotta cheese
8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated
Cook lasagne noodles according to package directions.
Brown sausage, peppers, drain.
