6 oz. Hot Tea
2 oz. Amaretto
Chilled
Cream
Whipped

Pour hot tea into a pousse-cafe glass, using a spoon in glass to
prevent cracking. Add amaretto, but do not stir. Top with chilled
whipped cream and serve.
