How do cat scans affect my fertility?

I recently had a cat scan at the hospital, and the doctors held off as long as possible to do it because they didnt want to radiate my body because im 20 and havent had kids but want them. I am so scared! I have had 3 cat scans in my life including this one, can I still have babies? how does it affect my fertility? should i be worried or am i just freaking myself out.

It doesn't I've had many and have had no fertility probs. Stop worring.
