1 pound lean ground pork
1 clove minced garlic
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon crushed thyme
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 teaspoon salt
Servings: 8
Thoroughly mix seasonings into ground pork. Shape into patties and brown OR crumble and fry for use in a recipe.
