You need :

1 can of half cut mushrooms
12 tbsp. grated cheese
2 medium sized eggs
Vegetable oil

Procedure:

Saute the mushrooms (drain them first) in 4 tbsp. of veg.oil

crack the eggs,put on a large bowl,and add cheese. Stir until eggs are beaten and cheese mixes.

Add the mushrooms to the mix and cook on high heat on a pan with 4 tbsp. of oil.

when half cooked,fold in half and flip.

keep moving the food so it doesn't burn, and flip occacionally until fully cooked.

Put on a plate and enjoy!


PS. It's best with rice or bread!
