Ingredients:
* 4 Rice cakes
* 1/3 c Pizza sauce
* 1/4 c Sliced ripe olives
* 1/4 c Diced green pepper
* 1/4 c Sliced mushrooms
* 1/3 c Shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Place rice cakes on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on rice cake; top with remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
