Scrambled Eggs with Bacon

6 slices bacon, cut in 1/2-inch pieces, cooked and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 slices American cheese, cut up (optional)
Servings: 2
Cut up bacon and cook; drain. Beat together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Place in skillet with cooked bacon. Cook over medium heat. Constantly scrape with spatula to prevent browning eggs. Add cheese if desired.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes
