1 1/2 Oz. Dark Rum
1/2 Oz. Dark Creme de Cacao
2 Oz. Cocoa
1 Tsp. Cream

Let the hot chocolate cool to room temperature. In a shaker half-
filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, crème de cacao, and hot
chocolate. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass. Drop the cream
into the center of the drink.
