225 ml sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
225 ml sour cream

=Beat cheese till fluffy, add rest in order, slowly, blend in sour cream. 8in springform, crust 2.5in up side of pan
350F ~60-70mns, turn off oven, let cool 1hr, chill overnight in pan
