Toasted Pecans

2 ounces margarine
8 ounces pecan halves
1/2 teaspoon salt
Servings: 4
1. Preheat oven 350F. Melt margarine in saucepan. Stir pecans in melted margarine until they are thoroughly coated. Spread pecans on a cookie sheet.

2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 350F oven until lightly toasted, stirring once. Remove from oven. Sprinkle lightly with salt. Let cool and serve. Store in airtight container. Yields 1/2 lb. pecans.
