Recipe Feeder
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced (use jalapeños, for a little extra heat)
several fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 medium zucchini, sliced
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
salt & red pepper to taste
3/4 cup sour cream
2 oz. grated gouda (or cheese of your choice)

Brown ground beef in skillet, adding onion, green pepper, mushrooms, squash, water chestnuts & seasonings. Stir fry until meat is cooked through & vegetables are tender crisp.

Add sour cream & grated cheese. Reduce heat & warm until cheese melts. Stir to blend & serve immediately.
