1 oz. Dark Rum
1 oz. Cognac
Grated Nutmeg
Separate egg and beat the yolk and white individually. Fold white
and yolk together, add syrup, and put into a warmed, heat-proof
mug. Add rum and cognac and fill with boiling water. Sprinkle with
grated nutmeg.
