Really simple cocktail is to take a sort of liquer, in my case an Italian bitter like Campari, and to add it to sparkling (fizzy) water. It is a bitter soda essentially. Well I decided to try...
3/4 Oz. Rye Whiskey
3/4 Oz. Dry Vermouth
1 Tbs. Pernod
A few drops Angostura Bitters
Drops Sugar Syrup
Combine with ice; shake well. Strain and add ice. Campari can be
used instead of the Pernod, omitting the bitters and the sugar.
0.68 oz. Campari
0.68 oz. Vodka
1/3 oz. Ice
2 oz. Champagne
put the campari and the vodka into the shaker with ice.
Shake, fill it into the glass and finish with champagne.

1 - 2 oz Creme de Banana
Add two dashes of BOLS Crème de Bananas and two dashes of
Campari.
3 cl Vodka
3 cl Campari
Mix the vodka and the Campari in a cocktail glass. Put in 4
ordinary ice cubes. Let the drink "rest" seven minutes before
served.
4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz. Campari
2 oz. Coconut Liqueur
Blend with cubed ice for 5 sec until the ice is cracked, then pour
drink and float Campari

Attach sugar to the top of glass, then fill half of it with crushed-
ice. Add Campari & Vodka. Carefully add the orange juice mixed
with sugar, so the ingredients don't mix to well! Then spray some

Fill with Orange Juice
20 ml Campari
Pour gin and fill with orange juice, leaving room for the Campari.
Stir a little bit. Add a slice of orange, then pour the Campari gently
on the slice.
