1 tsp Sugar
1/2 oz. Cognac
1 oz. Champagne
1/2 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. White Grape Juice
Shake recipe with ice, strain over ice and top with Rose
Champagne
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Apricot Brandy
2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Shake all ingredients with ice in shaker, strain into a Champagne
flute or Long drink glass over some cubes of ice. Decorate with
mint and cherry
3.33 oz. Champagne
1/3 oz. Lime Cordial
0.68 oz. Passion Fruit Liqueur
the 0.1cl angostura is actually a dash.
Chill glass well.
put ingredients in and fill up slowly with cold champagne (brut)
1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
3/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 tsp. Banana Juice
Shake all the ingredients together, with ice cubes, in the shaker
and strain into champagne glass.
1 oz. Vodka
1 Sugar Cube
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
n/a Champagne
Soak the sugar cube in bitters in glass for 30 seconds, then pour
in vodka and top up with champagne, seve.
