1.0 oz Blue Curacao
1.0 oz Creme de Cacao
1.0 oz Gin
2.0 oz Lime Juice
2.0 oz Simple Syrup
Mix all ingredients in a shaker and serve in a Manhattan glass
1 splash Orange Juice
2 oz. Gin
1/3 oz. Mineral Water
0.68 oz. Superfine Sugar
muddle mint in water with sugar, add recipe and shake with ice
then strain
1 1/2 oz. Canadian Whiskey
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Stir well in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled
cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.

1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
1/2 oz. Vermouth
Add all ingredients and ice to a mixing glass. Stir and strain into a
chilled glass.

1.5 oz. Bourbon
combine bourbon, vermouth, 2 teaspoons of BOLS Cherry Brandy,
1/2 tsp.
of Pernord and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish...

Stir vermouth and blended whiskey with ice and strain into a
cocktail glass. Add the olive and serve.

cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
2 1/2 oz Bourbon
3/8 oz Dubonnet
3/8 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a
brandied cherry.
3/4 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 1/2 oz. Southern Comfort
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry or a lemon twist.
