Add all ingredients to ice in a mixing glass. Shake and strain into a
glass filled with ice.

Combine maple syrup and yogurt in glass; stir well. Add ice cream
and fill glass with sparkling water; stir.

Heat all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boiling point, but

In a glass add maple syrup, then the other ingredients in any
order...do not shake or stir...chug as fast as possible and run to
