7 g yeast - dry
1 tsp sugar
60 ml water - warm

260 g flour - ap
65 g flour - bread
5 g salt
175 ml tiede

1 qt water
2 Tbsp baking soda
=Mix 1. and 2. seperately, then combine. Knead 10mns til smooth. Let rise 2x, punch down, cut into eight pieces, set aside 10mns.
