Dash Orange Bitters
1/2 tsp.
Sugar
superfine
dry Sparkling Wine
1 slice
Peach
brandied

Combine bourbon, bitters, and sugar in a mixing glass. Pour in
Chilled Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. DO NOT stir.
Garnish with slice of brandied peach.
