3 oz. Coconut Cream
6 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 ripe,
Banana
frozen,
Fill blender about 1/4 full with ice. Add all ingredients to blender.
Blend to a smooth consistency. Serve in either a hurricane glass or
a tall glass or goblet. Garnish with a pineapple spear is optional.
