2 medium Radicchio
4 ounce Prosciutto, Thinly Sliced
1 stick Celery, Julienned
4 ounce Parmesan Cheese, Cut Into 1/2" Thick Wedge
Seasoning, To Taste
Olive Oil, Extra Virgin

Line individual salad bowls with radicchio leaves. Add equal portions of prosciutto and celery roots. Top with wedges of parmesan. Season to taste with salt, freshly ground black pepper and olive oil.
