Better-than-bailey's Irish Cream #2

0.5 cup Whipping Cream
1 Instant Coffee
2 Water
1 can Condensed Milk
1 cup Rye Whiskey

Mix the hot water and instant coffee until dissolved.
Combine remaining ingredients.
