Bourbon Milk Punch #2

1 Tsp. Superfine Sugar
2 Oz. Bourbon
5 Oz. Milk
1/4 Tsp.
Cinnamon
Ground

In a highball glass, dissolve the sugar in the bourbon by stirring
with a teaspoon. Add 6 ice cubes and the milk. Stir well. Garnish
with the cinnamon.
