This recipe makes more sauce than you will need.
You can use this for other foods, such as salads, or dipping fries in.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Set in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.

- 1 cup vegan mayo (I use Hellman's)
- 1tbsp vegetable oil (or sub your favourite neutral oil)
- 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 loose cup of finely chopped flat parsley
- 2 tsp seasoned salt
- 3.5 tbsp plant based milk
- OPTIONAL (but highly recommended): 2 garlic cloves minced, 1.5 tsp basil)
