Coffee
2 Tbsp instant coffee
0.5 tsp water-hot
6 Tbsp coffee liquor
1.5 c creme fraiche-whipped

5 yolks
1.5 oz sugar

5 whites
1.5 oz sugar

=For the chocolate, melt and cool 1., meringue 2., fold in. Chill and mold.
For the coffee, combine1.; blanche2., fold into 1.; meringue 3., fold into 1. Chill and mold on top of chocolate.

Be sure to mold the chocolate on the bottom, since the consistancy is much stiffer.
