5 green bananas, green, hard as a rock, can't peel em
1/2 cup Erythitol
1/2 stick butter
Vanilla
2 eggs
Baking soda
Baking Powder
1/2 cup of cocoa
salt
walnuts
heavy cream
Peel and blend in a food processor or blender the green bananas, splash of heavy cream, vanilla, eggs. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the remainder of the ingredients.
I used a foil 1/4 sheet cake pan, baked at 350 for 40 minutes or until a fork comes out clean.
Icing: Butter, cream cheese, powdered Erythitol and a small amount of another sweetener
