Recipe Feeder
2 egg whites
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup sugar
1 T cocoa powder, optional
1 tsp vanilla
1 2/3 candies like choc chips or choc chunks or M&M's

Preheat oven to 275 and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.

With electric mixer, whip egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tarter and whip unto soft peaks form. Add sugar slowly, whipping until stiff but not dry. Add your cocoa and vanilla and fold in the candies.

Bake until firm and dry but still white, about 35-45 minutes. Turn off oven but leave cookies inside oven for another hour for maximum crunch.
