Recipe Feeder
1 Green Pepper, Seeded & Finely Chopped Pick
2 medium Onions, Chopped
1 Parsley, Snipped
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
2 can Tomatoes, Cut Up
2 can Tomato Sauce
1½ cup White Wine, Dry
¾ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil
2 Bay Leaves
Black Pepper, Coarsely Ground
1½ pound Fish, Cubed
1½ pound Shrimp, Raw
12 ounce Clams, Minced (2 cans)

In large pot or dutch oven, cook onion, green pepper and parsley in olive oil over low heat about 10 min. Add garlic and cook 3 minutes more. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, oregano, basil, pepper and bay leaves.

Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer covered 30 min. Remove bay leaves and discard. Thaw shrimp under cold water if necessary add fish, shrimp, clams and clam juice. Simmer covered 15 min or until fish is done.
