9 oz brioche
1.5 c milk

6.5 oz sugar
4 eggs
cinnamon
vanilla
2 lb apples net - tart (granny smith ~ 5 pieces)
4 oz cherries - dried

bread crumbs
2 oz butter
=Scald milk, pour over brioche, crush with a fork. Add remaining ingredients in order.
Butter and breadcrumb mold, fill. Top with breadcrumbs and dot with butter.
